Getting console exports for CEO3

SNworks support may ask for console logs when performing an action, in order to help with debugging.

Chrome

• Open a blank browser window or tab.
• Open the "View" menu, then "Developer", then select "Javascript Console".
• This will open the developer console.
• Perform the action that's causing an issue.
• Go back to the console.
• Right click and select "Save As"
• Send the file to support.

Safari

• Open blank browser window or tab.
• Go to "Safari" menu, then select "Preferences".
• Select "Advanced" tab.
• Check the box next to "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
• Close preferences.
• Go to the newly surfaced "Develop" menu, select "Show Javascript Console".
• Back in Safari, perform the action that's causing an issue.
• Go back to the console.
• Type CMD+S to save the file.
• Send the file to support.
