SNworks support may ask for console logs when performing an action, in order to help with debugging.
Chrome
- Open a blank browser window or tab.
- Open the "View" menu, then "Developer", then select "Javascript Console".
- This will open the developer console.
- Perform the action that's causing an issue.
- Go back to the console.
- Right click and select "Save As"
- Send the file to support.
Safari
- Open blank browser window or tab.
- Go to "Safari" menu, then select "Preferences".
- Select "Advanced" tab.
- Check the box next to "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
- Close preferences.
- Go to the newly surfaced "Develop" menu, select "Show Javascript Console".
- Back in Safari, perform the action that's causing an issue.
- Go back to the console.
- Type CMD+S to save the file.
- Send the file to support.
