Using the Planner

Planning assignments help you organized up-coming and in-process content and media.

Assignment Views

You have a few options when sorting and filtering assignments. By default, the planner will show you a week view of open assignments only.

Views

• Calendar (default) - View assignments in a week calendar view. Assignments are shown by due date AND event date.
• Table - View assignments in a simple list. By default, ordered by due date.

Status

• Any - Show all assignments regardless of status.
• Open (default) - Show only open assignments.
• Completed - Show only completed assignments.

Owner

My Assignments will only show open assignments

You cannot show closed assignments when filtering by "My Assignments".

• Any (default) - Show all assignments, regardless of assignee.
• My Assignments - Show only assignments assigned to you or those that mention you.
