Uploading Media

CEO can accept a variety of media types and sub-types. Our constantly expanding list includes:

YouTube and Vimeo

CEO can import your YouTube and Vimeo public videos directly. The imported videos are treated just like any other media type in CEO, they can be attached, embedded, and searched.

Uploader

You can access the uploader by dragging content into your browser window, clicking the down arrow next to the "New Article" button and selecting upload on the desktop, or clicking "Upload" under the hamburger menu on mobile.

Automatic publishing

By default, uploads will be automatically published. To stop that behavior, just uncheck the "Publish uploads" box before tapping on "Upload Files"

Reviewing Uploads

After uploading you can review media and edit title, caption, and author information. You can skip this step by clicking "Skip Review".
